At Rainora, each piece is created with care, using natural crystals and handcrafted details. Because of the uniqueness of our materials, we kindly ask that you read the following before purchasing:
About Materials
“Nature writes its own story in every stone.”
We only use natural crystals and gemstones. Each stone carries its own inclusions, textures, and growth marks such as cotton-like strands, ice cracks, or tiny mineral pits.
These are natural characteristics, not flaws, and they make every bracelet one of a kind.
Perfectly “flawless” stones do not exist in nature — their beauty lies in authenticity and uniqueness.
About Sizing
“Measure with care, wear with ease.”
Our default bracelet size is 15–16 cm, which fits most wrists.
If you require a custom size, please contact us before purchasing. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please measure your wrist carefully—avoid reporting it too tight or too loose, as our artisans will adjust for comfort during production.
About Color & Texture

All product photos are taken in natural light, without filters. However, due to screen settings, lighting, and the reflective nature of crystals, slight color variations may occur.
Every crystal is unique — no two pieces will ever look exactly the same.
Shipping & Delivery
“Patience is part of the journey.”
Standard processing: 2–5 business days. Some custom or limited designs may take longer (up to 7 days).
We ship via trusted couriers; tracking numbers will be provided. Urgent requests may be arranged with additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
“We honor what is natural, not what is flawless.”
Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for natural variations (such as inclusions, minor surface marks, or slight color differences).
Refunds or exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.
Care Instructions

Avoid long exposure to strong sunlight or chemicals (perfume, lotion, cleaning agents).
Remove before bathing or swimming to protect the crystals and thread.
Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches from harder objects.
Crystals carry gentle energy—cleanse and recharge them regularly if you wish, using methods such as placing them on a cleansing stone.
